Sausage Muffins
3 cups Bisquik
1 can Campbell’s cheese soup
1 lb. ground sausage
1 can water
Optional: 1 cup of shredded chedder cheese
Brown sausage and drain. Mix together Bisquiik, soup, water, and optional cheese. Fold in sausage.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes using a mini-muffin pan. Spray muffin pan with Pam cooking spray.
Yield: 4 dozen
Party tip: Prepare Ahead!
When I make these for work I like to prepare them ahead of time. This way they can be warming while I get ready.
• Place the muffins on a cookie sheet, cover with aluminum foil, and place in a oven
at a low tempature.
