Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
14 oz artichokes, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and transfer to baking dish. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until top is browned and bubbly.
- Sometimes it can take longer and I bump the temperature to 375 degrees}
Serve with crusty bread, corn chips or tortilla chips.
