Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 14 oz artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella chees
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and transfer to baking dish. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until top is browned and bubbly.
Notes
- Sometimes it can take longer and I bump the temperature to 375 degrees}

Serve with crusty bread, corn chips or tortilla chips.
