3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs beaten
2 10 ounces frozen strawberries
Thaw strawberries and drain off 1/4 cup juice to add with spread. Mix dry ingredients and put liquid in
center and mix by hand. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
Spread: add 1/4 cup juice to 8 ounces cream cheese with 1 teaspoon confectioners sugar. Beat well.
